When you feel helpless, hopeless, overwhelmed, discouraged, weak, "off-track".....

( Jordan Murphy Photo)

I just feel the need to share this today. ~Sherri

Sometimes, I "feel it"...other times, I don't. When I feel discouraged, overwhelmed, very weak and like throwing in the towel, I flood my head/heart with TRUTH from the scriptures. What I see and am experiencing now is only temporary--but at times it feels so important and as if this world is all there is. When I fix my mind on eternal truths, I am reminded of who and whose I really am.

I have been created for eternity. My soul needs fed daily to become strong and able to experience the freedom that was designed for a soul to experience. Not bound with chains and limitations.

When I read and meditate on the scriptures, I find peace that this world cannot give me. When I come before my Creator and speak to Him and ask for His peace, and wisdom, He never fails to deliver.

It is a very natural act for a child to go to their Father for help. Don't be ashamed.

It is also a very natural act for a Father to meet the needs of His child.

Read His words--find something that really connects with your soul, and read it again and again. Believe it and watch the power behind the words become a reality. Let His words strengthen you- encourage you-lead you and give you wisdom.
